EXPORT - PILSNER
This
type of beer is characterized by it's special taste which it owns, given
to it by the high quality raw materials, the special mixed use of aromatic
and bitter hop, the procedure of obtaining the wort and the running of
the fermentation. The starting extract is 12% with a maximum volume percentage
of alcohol of 5,5%. The remaining characteristics for this type of beer
are dwelled towards the taste of the majority of the consumers.
The beer KENBACH 0.33 l. belongs to the group of light beers type "Pilsner".
It is produced by high quality raw materials.
- Light malt for the production of "Pilsner" beer from well
- known firms from Germany and Hungary;
- Hop, bitter and aromatic, also from well - known firms from Germany;
- Water, without added cultivation, which is used from the city waterworks
and is considered as a soft water with a total of 1,0 EH (German degree
of hardness);
- Yeast, high quality type with low boiling, obtained from own department
of dissemination.

KENBACH 0,50
The
beer KENBACH 0.50 l. is a light lager beer obtained by the same high quality
substances as in "KENBACH" - EXPORT PILSNER, but with some technological
changes in the manner of obtaining the wort, it's hoping and fermentation.
It is produced with a starting extract of 11,5 % and a minimum volume
of 5,0 %.
